The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.
WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Ka Bandera, a center for culture and the arts in Caraga, offers a diverse range of services to support and nurture the creative community. These services include an Artist Residency Program, providing a space for artists to develop their work in a supportive environment, and a Professional Artists Support Program, which offers resources and assistance to professional artists. Ka Bandera also undertakes Projects for the Creative Sectors, fostering innovation and collaboration among various creative fields. Additionally, we spearhead Creative Initiatives at the Intersection of Human Creative Expression and Forest Conservation, merging art with environmental advocacy. Capacity Building and Workshops in Performing Arts are available to enhance the skills of local artists, and the center supports Resident Performing Artists, giving them a platform to showcase their talents. Furthermore, Ka Bandera promotes Arts for Wellness, integrating artistic practices with well-being initiatives to improve mental and emotional health.
